Reva is an alumnus of the Regenesys Business School in Sandton, South Africa. His career path spans 30 years of professional work experience in Investment Banking, Management Training, Project Development and Management in Sub-Saharan Africa. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Fund Raising (CIOF) UK and is aptly involved in training and fundraising for educational, health institutions and worthy social causes in Sub-Saharan Africa. He is a passionate advocate and leader of developing third world economies through the establishment of relevant Business Incubator Centers (BICs) to train the teeming mass of unemployed youth and graduates to encourage the development of SMEs required for the much-required industrialization of the various third world economies. He is an ardent practitioner and promoter of the Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) development option as a veritable short term tool to bridge the physical infrastructure deficit in the sub-Saharan countries and other respective third world economies.
Reva Ogor is an astute public and private management consultant engaged in training, development and management of projects in Sub- Saharan Africa. His competencies in public management training include Organizational Development, Public Policy Development and Implementation, Strategic Public Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Finance, Sustainable Development.
He leads the Peniel Doxa Consulting team to provide cutting edge professional training and project development and management services to its valued clients across sub-Saharan Africa and third world economies across the world.

Divine Selasi Agbodeka is an astute marketer who understands that prioritizing client needs and excellent service delivery is the gateway to the success of every business. She specializes in both digital and relationship marketing.
Prior to joining Peniel Doxa Consulting, Divine has worked with the Office of the Dean of Students of the University of Ghana Legon, Accra Compost and Recycling Plant and The Electricity Company of Ghana.
She currently holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Information Studies from the Premier University in Ghana, University of Ghana, Legon. She is also an old girl of the prestigious Wesley Girls Senior High School, Cape coast.
Divine is customer oriented, proactive, forward-looking, a great team player and possesses excellent communication skills. She also has a strong entrepreneurial mindset and believes in servant-leadership.
